Llwyngwril Sauna is a wood-fired sauna located within the grounds of Hendre Hall, with stunning views across Cardigan Bay, as well as Mount Snowdon.

Enjoy 50 minutes at our sauna and cold plunge pool. The sauna is a mixed space with up to six people at any session. There are showers on-site where you can get changed prior to your session starting.
We are proud to create a welcoming and friendly environment and are running an Introductory price of £5pp.

Feeling adventurous? Why not arrive earlier, take a walk down to the beach if the tide is out, and have a cold water swim before your sauna session? ​Sauna sessions are 50 minute blocks, including time for changing.

We are open Saturdays and Sundays during low season and days will increase during the busier summer months.​
