CCTV: Please be aware that CCTV is in operation around the site

​Noise: We are a small family run site and operate a strict 'no noise after 22:00 or before 07:00' policy, in respect to our neighbours.
Groups: We are sorry but we are not accepting group bookings due to safety concerns about COVID restrictions. Please do not book individual pitches if you are planning to visit as part of a group. If we find you are in breach of this, or any of our booking conditions, we can require you to leave site immediately with no refund.
General Waste & Recycling: We ask customers to use the correct bins at all times. They are located in front of the wash house. Red label general waste, yellow label recycling.
​Pets: Well behaved pets that are supervised at all times are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead or long line. At no time are pets to be left unattended. Fouling on site and any other mess made must be cleared up. Owners are liable for any damage caused.
Arrival and Departure: The earliest arrival time is 12:30noon on the holiday start date and last check in is 20:30pm. You must vacate the site by 11:30am on the departure date.
Visitors: Family or friends visiting shall be charged £5 per adult and £3 per child per day. They must vacate the site by 20:00. Admission is at our discretion. Please check with us first if you would like to have any visitors as there may not be any parking space available for them.
Dissatisfaction: We want you to enjoy your holiday with us. We kindly ask that if there are any issues during your stay, that they are raised with us as soon as possible. Failure to do this or give us the opportunity to rectify any issues will invalidate any claim with regards to a refund.
Alcohol: No alcohol to be consumed by under 18’s in any circumstances.

Covid19: Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak, we are no longer offering refunds on any forthcoming holidays to date. Please consult your travel insurance. Thank you for your understanding at this difficult time.

Unless all of the above are adhered to during your stay, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site at any time.
