Arrival and Departure:

Check in times

Tents, campervans, motorhomes, caravan pitches – 1pm to 9pm

Pods and Shepherds Hut – 3pm

Check out times

Tents, campervans, motorhomes, caravan pitches – 11am

Pods and Shepherds Hut – 10am

Changes to your holiday: Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival. Modifications are subject to a £25.00 fee.
 

​​Noise: We are a small family run site and operate a strict 'no noise after 22:00 or before 08:00' policy, in respect to our neighbours.

General Waste & Recycling: We ask customers to use the correct refuse and recycling bins at all times. They are located in front of the wash house and are clearly labelled – if in doubt please speak to a member of staff.
 

Fire Safety: Barbecues and firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
 
​Pets: Well behaved pets that are supervised at all times are welcome. Dogs must be kept on a lead or long line. At no time are pets to be left unattended. Fouling on site and any other mess made must be cleared up. Owners are liable for any damage caused

Visitors: Family or friends visiting shall be charged £5 per adult and £3 per child per day. They must vacate the campsite by 21:00
 

Extras: A charge of £0.20 applies for the use of the shower.
 
Alcohol: No alcohol to be consumed by under 18’s in any circumstances.

CCTV: Please be aware that CCTV is in operation around the site

 

Dissatisfaction: We want you to enjoy your holiday with us. We kindly ask that if there are any issues during your stay, that they are raised with us as soon as possible. Failure to do this or give us the opportunity to rectify any issues will invalidate any claim with regards to a refund.

Unless all of the above are adhered to during your stay, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site at any time.
