Llwyngwril Sauna is a wood-fired sauna located within the grounds of Hendre Hall, with stunning views across Cardigan Bay, as well as Yr Wyddfa / Mount Snowdon.

 The sauna is a mixed space with up to six people at any session. There are warm showers on-site where you can get changed prior to your session starting (20p coin operated), and a cold water shower attached to the sauna for cooling off (no charge).
 

Feeling adventurous? Why not arrive earlier, take a walk down to the beach if the tide is out, and have a cold water swim before your sauna session? ​Sauna sessions are 50 minute blocks, including time for changing.

We are open Thursday to Sunday during low season and days will increase during the busier summer months.​
