The Bryn Cader Faner is a Bronze Age round cairn which lies to the east of the small hamlet of Talsarnau. Accessible via a selection of routes, it's a great walking destination for those with a taste for history.

Harlech Castle in Harlech, Gwynedd, Wales, is a Grade I listed medieval fortification built onto a rocky knoll close to the Irish Sea. This is probably the most spectacular setting for any of Edward I’s castles in North Wales.
