By using this website or making a booking, you agree to the following terms.
Booking Changes
Bookings may not be amended within 7 days of arrival. Changes may incur an administration fee.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in times:
• Tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans: 1:00pm – 9:00pm
• Pods and Shepherds Hut: from 3:00pm
Check-out times:
• Camping and vehicle pitches: by 11:00am
• Pods and Shepherds Hut: by 10:00am
Site Rules
To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests:
• Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Guests must dispose of waste in the appropriate recycling or refuse bins.
• Barbecues and firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and supervised by an adult.
• Pets are welcome but must be supervised and kept on a lead. Owners are responsible for any damage caused.
• Visitors may be charged a daily fee and must leave the site by 21:00.
• Alcohol must not be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
• Failure to follow site rules may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund.
Facilities
Some facilities on site, such as showers, may require a small usage fee.
Complaints
If you experience any issue during your stay, please notify staff as soon as possible so the issue can be addressed.
CCTV
CCTV operates in parts of the site for safety and security purposes.
